What does a patio umbrella stand for in your porch’s beauty? How does the patio umbrella help you make your porch a pleasurable and desirable place to stay and take a short chit chat with other family members and friends or take a well deserved rest? In case you didn’t know anything about this, allow me to make a short discussion about how the different styles and designs and curves and shapes of a patio umbrella can actually put more emphasis to your patio and make it a little bit more of a simple yet elegant and nice place to the eye and to the people who may take a peek at it.
Patio Umbrella Customized Shapes
There are different patio umbrella shapes that can be seen in most ecommerce sites that sell these types o products and some of the most common are the round edge. Since there are other shapes available today because of the result of previous experiments, I decided to make my own discussion featuring the most interesting shapes that some of you may not have even seen or imagined would be a great additional to the patio as an outdoor accessory. Although some of the patio umbrella shapes that I may be able to discuss here have no actual pictures, I would assume that with the help of your imagination, the figure will be clear as water in your mind. - Square Patio Umbrella - The square patio umbrella otherwise also called as the four corners patio umbrella is usually a very spacy patio umbrella because they are mostly attached with 4 arms on the sides that extend to the soil or cement where the table stands up. Square patio umbrella provides a bigger space for the people who gather below it in the patio and it is also the most durable shape of all patio umbrellas because of the nature of its support which extends to the ground, something that’s not so common in other patio umbrella shapes.
- Octagon Patio Umbrella - This shape is very obvious because of its name which is octagon, meaning 8 sides of equal length. Giving more leverage to each of the sides, the octagon patio umbrella also gives a balanced stance for the table and provides a more Asian look as this shape offers the likeness of the Chinese Feng Shui wherein the shape is equivalent to good luck.
- Double Top Square Patio Umbrella - This shape is a little bit uncommon and in fact a very unique appearance for the patio table. This shape of a patio umbrella is something common but given a double effect for the beauty of a square patio umbrella. This appears like a regular square patio umbrella with a miniature at the top which clearly resembles the original size umbrella but is about 4 times smaller than the one below it. This small square patio umbrella is placed on top of the big one.
- Hexagon Patio Umbrella with Lace - This special art maneuvered patio umbrella is something that provides a little camouflage of the inner upper part of the patio umbrella with the use of its lace. The lace also acts as an additional design for this type of patio umbrella because it gives an extra beauty especially if you have it artistically designed and art crafted with different colors.
- Pentagon Half Patio Umbrella - This type of patio umbrella is always a beauty not just for the patio table but also for the walls in the veranda or the terrace. The pentagon half patio umbrella is like a ten sided patio umbrella that is cut in half to give you the pentagon half patio umbrella. This type of patio umbrella is also usually mounted in the walls of the patio and has a more fixed and unmovable mounting in the wall, making it as one of the most stable patio umbrellas in the market today. They also make a very strong defense over strong winds and extreme weather.
There are other shapes out there but so far, these are the few good ones that I can think of as this featured article is just a self-made and self explained one.
