How much is the Star City Entrance Fee? Are there any ticket reservation service available for the said amusement park? What are the new and latest rides, attractions and feature of Star City this year? What are the daily schedules that Star City Park is open to the public and where can we find Star City theme park Philippines? How to reach Star City Philippines and its location map?
These are just few of the common FAQs that an interested party or person might be asking for about the theme park Star City and these questions I will try to answer based on what I know only as an opinion based on a personal experience and may have changed since so don’t take it as an absolute information. You can always call their office anytime and feel free to ask for more details about the park.
Star City Entrance Fee Variations
The entrance fee when I used to work there are set at Php 250.00 bucks per person for the ride all you can wrist band and a Php 60.00 is charged for those who are not interested to go for a ride like parents and elders who accompany their children and grandchildren. But this fee changed to a new high which you can find below. During the holiday peek however, the prices of tickets for the ride all you can changes and increases as the park cannot almost accommodate the bulk number of people who come to experience the different rides and attractions that you can only find in the Star City theme park.
Their ticket price rises up to a Php 450.00 per person for a ride all you can ticket or wrist pop tag with the privilege to see the attractions and Php 350.00 bucks for those who only prefer to take the ride all you can feature. It used to be a Php 160.00 bucks per head for those who would just like to accompany children and kids inside but I do not know anymore if this had changed. Let me remind you though that food is totally not allowed inside the park because they already have a set up of different food stalls inside where they encourage patrons and customers to eat. There is also a new rule for the amusement park that disallows any camera to be taken inside the park.
Park Opening and Closing Schedule
The park opens from Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm up to 12:00 midnight which is the usual but when people are still plenty, the park extends their time and announces it to their ticket sellers so people can immediately know when there are still available tickets at their booths located in different strategic areas where different rides are located.
During weekends which is Saturday Sunday and holidays, Star City is open from 1:00 pm up to 12:00 midnight but again, when there are plenty of customers and patrons, they may even extent operation hours up to 4 am especially on Christmas and New Year.The theme park is also open the whole year through for the information of the public unless of course there is a typhoon or rain where the different rides that were exposed cannot be operated.
Ticket Reservation for the Park
As of now, I don’t have any other information on the ticket reservations for the theme amusement park but I am sure that there are reservation offers for a group tour, educational tour or field trip and the company tour and they have different packages for each. I will be updating the information that I have here as soon as I learn more about the other details about ticket reservations.
Latest Rides and Attractions Inside
One of the most interesting and amusing rides in Star City Theme Amusement Park today is the Star Flyer and the Snow World. The Star Flyer is a roller coaster ride in all aspects except for one which is that the riders of passengers are left hanging in their seats and their feet is left open below just like taking a ride in the old Ferry’s Wheel but the experience is pretty much the same as like any other roller coasters.
The Snow World is another yet new and great feature for the theme park attractions list where the temperature inside is below zero and is advised that you bring with you a jacket if you want to enjoy it. There are also a lot of figure sculptures inside the Snow World that were carved to perfection by great ice carvers in the Philippines today. What makes this attraction very interesting for people is the extra ordinary feeling of being in a white Christmas country like the United States due to its temperature inside added with the experience of seeing great unique carvings of ice.
Another not so new but really exciting ride is the Surf Dance which is about 2 to 3 years ago but is still one of the top notch rides that people are vying to take everytime they get to have a weekend break at Star City. This ride toppled the Flying Carpet ride that used to be where the longest line for people looking to take a ride in to.
Other Feature Rides to Take Inside
Other feature rides and attractions would compose of the Zyklon Loop, Grand Carousel, 2 types of Kiddie Bump Car, Little Mermaid Boat Ride, Lion King Boat Ride, Wacky Dragon, Blizzard, Wacky Worm, Haunted House, theater with a regular nightly show, Mummy, Octopus, Wild River, Anchors Away, Snow White, Peter Pan and more. The Star City theme park is by the way easy to come to. It is located at the CCP Complex Grounds near Roxas Boulevard where the Aliw Theater and Love Radio can also be found. If you are taking a cab, the driver would surely not miss it or just ask that you be taken to Star City in CCP Complex in Pasay City.
