Panay is a group of islands and is composed of so many little islands within its archipelago. This makes Panay as one of the most sought after real estate venture capital for many investors out there who are vying for a prime land to buy and later on sell at a higher price. Real estate agents also get a cut on this ongoing trend today because of the simple reason that whenever the Panay real estate development urges the improvement of the real estate locations that investors can invest in, there is always a corresponding real estate agent that also vie for a share in the income through real estate selling or mediating.

Maybe it is just because there is little local program yet that points to Panay as far as real estate and properties and beauty of the lands that you can buy and sell there. But soon, I believe, Panay will be like what Cebu is right now with respect to buying and selling its real estate treasure.
