Curing Stress with Blog and Blogging
False Claims or Simple Truth?
Curing stress with blog, a new way to ease it! This is a claim that has never been proven, that blogs and blogging can take out stress all the time. However, there are reported cases that blog and blogging can take away some sources of stress or imprisoned stress and lead to a healthier body, mind and spirit. In my own case, I believe that indeed blog and blogging can take away stress at some levels. There may be some reasons to this hypothetical assumption but there are facts pointing to this belief. The belief that having a blog and blogging a day can take out some forms of your resident stress which mostly comes from the mind which are due to so many reasons and events that happen in our everyday life.
Telling my Own Experience
Psychologists, for example have always prescribed taking it easy with things that one is currently in to because it is a rare case that past events in our life are the cause and manifestation of stress, on the other hand, what is happening to us today is the culprit to our resident stress. In my own personal experience, I found this true all the time. Why? simply because I have been once to this situation and luckily, I was able to handle everything with the help of my own superior will and mind. But what if during those years of my illness of the so called, stress I already know about blogs and can ease out a great deal of it by talking to an online journal? What if the case of people who experience stress is due because they have nobody to talk with in a no-holds barred type of conversation? Would it be better for me then?
Analyzing Stress in a Personal Perspective
What is important however is that what the doctor said to me during that time is to take it easy with whatever is bothering my mind as he strictly mentioned that it is all in the mind and is because of current experiences but forseen solutions are based from my past. It came to my mind because he asked if I have family problems today or work related problems recently and i realized from this point, he is simply trying to tell me that my stress might have been triggered by some situation in my life that I have been in to from the past but has virtually come back because of a present experience. This is a good point because we act based on our present situation but totally dependent on our past experiences. This is the same reason why older people usually tend to approach problems better than younger people. The life experience factor tells it!
How Blog and Blogging Takes Away Stress
Let us take a look at what blog and blogging is. First of all, blogs are online journals where people jot down their everyday life and experiences. This is a collection of what they have encountered today or just the other day or maybe even last week or last month or even a few years ago but was triggered to be written because of a thought that happened today. Everything in our thoughts that manifests in a desire to write these things frees us from the imprisoned thoughts that sometimes we call as STRESS. Now, wouldn’t that be a great idea to start thinking of having your own blog? I say yes and yes not only to be hip and in with what is going on in the internet life that has been oozing out with development this past few years. I guess this does not totally convince you that curing stress with a blog is an effective way to do it. It’s up to you to tell your own experience when you get there.
Talking Everything Out with a Blog
But what I am trying to tell you, my dear readers is that there is a big difference from talking to a live human which may be your doctor and a friend whom you may talk about a problem and burst out a most of the time limited version of a thought causing you trouble called stress. there is also a big difference between talking to them and talking to an online journal called as blog or short for weblog. With a blog, you can simply tell anything and everything and this is what happens all the time. People with blogs are people who are most of the times unbothered with what problems there are outside of him. I remember personally experiencing forgetting about the time and the date it is today because I am too hooked up in writing on my blog.
Mostly, blogs are alter ego of people and it tells what they are in a deeper look at what is in their blog, the contents that is. Whatever a person writes is what he is most of the time, if a blog is a personal thingy. But if it’s more of a technical side, it might be a little difficult however to tell on who and what a person is all about. RELIEVE STRESS NOW, GET A BLOG!
